Ordering
There are a number of convenient payment and order options available for contractors. The overall ordering and reporting process is in alignment with applicable industry regulations to include the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Order progress is monitored and tracked electronically, with a variety of e-mail notification options based on user preferences.
If a contractor employee has already had a background investigation screen through gatefeed, a Prior Background Investigation Report can be ordered in lieu of ordering another full screen, greatly reducing costs.
Tracking and Reporting
Upon successful completion of a background investigation, records are accessible to both plant and contractor company supervisory personnel via gatefeed's secure, permissions-based web application.
Standard reporting functions are built-in and customized reporting tools are available. All reports can be exported to MS Excel for your convenience.
