About Us

Kouba-O'Reilly Consulting Group was incorporated in 1998 and started its business as a reseller of training software for the chemical processing and petrochemical industries.  Although the initial business was set up to resell software, owner facilities kept voicing a recurring desire: the need to have contractor training functions outsourced, automated and tracked for them.  Starting with one facility in Clinton, Iowa, the Kouba-O'Reilly Consulting Group has grown to provide training services to more than 45 plant facilities in the Midwest and Southeast.  Services have grown to include background screening, drug testing and contractor company prequalification.  The types of industries served have also grown.  Along with the chemical processing and petrochemical industries, we now provide training services for food processing, pulp and paper, wastewater treatment, water purification, power generation, biotechnology, hospitals and light industrial manufacturing.
 
The gatefeed contractor compliance management system was recently developed by the Kouba-O'Reilly Consulting Group in its continuing effort to improve the services we can offer our clients.  In it is over ten years of experience establishing and managing contractor safety programs for owner facilities in small pockets of industry throughout the central US.  Through a dedicated focus on streamlining the contractor/owner facility relationship and monitoring continuous customer feedback, we have created a single location for managing all aspects of contractor compliance.
